“Balanced Health Mind Body and Soul” is a pre-pilot version of a high school health curriculum designed to illuminate our understanding of ourselves as physical and spiritual beings. Its aim is to teach youth how to have a wholistic view of ourselves and our purpose while covering topics of nutrition, fitness, diseases, physical and mental health, belonging, and society.
